3. Services, Info Products, and Goods

This section outlines terms for our three main offerings.

3.1 Services

Our services include live workshops, consulting sessions, and training courses focused on IT security and digital literacy. Dates and times will be agreed in advance.

3.2 Info Products

Digital downloads, online courses, and other informational materials. Access details and credentials will be provided upon purchase.

3.3 Goods

Physical items, such as books, hardware kits, and training materials delivered to your address.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use services in a lawful manner and not to engage in prohibited activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by SafeLabNow and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

SafeLabNow shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of services or products.

7. Rescheduling and Cancellations

To reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via our Contact Form. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee or result in no credit.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Services

If you are not satisfied with a live session, you may request a refund or reschedule within 7 days after the session. Refund requests must be submitted via our Contact Form. Approved requests will have funds credited back to the original method within 14 days. Certain custom or group workshops are non-refundable due to resource commitments; this will be noted at the time of purchase.

8.2 Info Products

Requests for digital materials may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if less than 20 percent of the content has been accessed. Approved requests will receive a refund within 14 days. Once more than 20 percent of the content has been accessed, the sale is final.

8.3 Goods

Unused physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition and packaging. To arrange a refund, submit a request via our Contact Form. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, a refund will be processed within 14 days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time with notice posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Qatar.
